Breakthrough Breathwork Ceremony with Johannes Egberts

The workshop is an experience of learning and breathing combined with elements of sound healing and community connections. It starts off with an introduction to breathwork and its place in the modern world, the history and application of different breathing techniques and plenty of storytelling and jokes of my own experiences in learning and teaching breathwork. Participants are invited to try a small series of breathing exercises and share their experiences before being guided through a 45 minute deep breathing session with live music and sound healing. Afterwards there is room for reflection and Q&A. Participants will receive access to a 7 day breathing program starting the day after the workshop, a bunch of follow up resources and we'll check in with them regularly via email following the event to offer support with integration and further learning.
