“I teach yoga for the same reason I practice - to go deeper and to be my most authentic self in all areas of my life.
My journey started 10 years ago where my yoga practice became a part of my life.
After immersing myself in my practice I had a strong desire to offer this to others, and so did my yoga training with Nicole Walsh at InYoga in Sydney. I have since gone on to do further training and have studied in Vinyasa, Pranayama, Anatomy and Alignment, and Advanced Yin.
I am interested in leaving students feeling empowered and always having the option to make choices based on how they are feeling in each moment. I love to teach vinyasa flow where my classes revolve around the cycles of the moon and honouring the rhythms of nature and how we can bring our bodies into balance while tapping into this.
I teach so I can share with others my deep passion for this practice, to bring connection and clarity to people's lives.
I love the moon, beach and ocean swims. Hiking to waterfalls is one of my favourite things to do. I also love sweet potato!”
