Build the foundations of your yoga practice with Yoga Flow Fundamentals and discover a greater sense of wellbeing, a stronger relationship with your body and increased vitality.
This 6-week series is recommended for those who are new to yoga but also great for those who are returning to practice after a break or would simply like to review the basics.
Presented by Yoga Body Works’ experienced teachers Dana and Keryl, Yoga Flow Fundamentals will provide the building blocks of a sustainable practice in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.
Topics will include:
* Basic overview of vinyasa flow postures
* Alignment, modifications and avoidance of injuries
* Pranayama (yoga breathing) and integrating breath with movement
* Finding joy in your practice
