Introduction to Yoga Therapy with Nat Reynolds

During this 2 hour session, you will explore movement, breath and guided meditation to facilitate your own wellness goals. You can focus on general wellbeing or upon a particular dis-ease, for example, poor posture, difficulty sleeping, digestive issues, mental health concerns.
Upon enrolment you will be asked to provide a short summary of your wellness goals as they relate to your health. You will be given personalised options for the workshop as they relate to your goals. Yoga teacher and Therapist Nat Reynolds will be your guide. Natalie has been teaching yoga since 2009 and practicing since the early 2000’s and has recently completed her Yoga Therapist training.
