This six week course costs just $180.

Schedule

Sundays, 5.45pm-6.45pm, right after the 4pm class.

Train the Brain delves into:

  • Principles and benefits of Mindfulness/Meditation
  • Guided Yin yoga practice
  • Meditation
  • Chakras and Meridians
  • Therapeutic benefits and scientific evidence

In your meetings you will have the benefit of ongoing meditation classes, meditation exercises, group discussions and ongoing support.
