A Meditation workshop to deepen your Yoga Practice
This is an all levels workshop to understand the importance of a regular Meditation practice in the context of Yoga. You will learn:
- What Meditation is and some simple tools to start/keep meditating on a regular basis
- The definition of Yoga and why Meditation is one of the keys to deepening your Yoga practice
- How Yoga (and Meditation) can help you navigate more smoothly through life's obstacles
*some Yoga experience advisable
Join Emmy for a break down of all things Meditation, followed by a 90 minute mindful practice – Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work), extended Guided Relaxation and Meditation.
