Workshops and Master Classes

Master Teachers provide expert guidance in yoga discipline, they teach with the sole aim of showing students how to access poses by breaking them down into components, making the what seems impossible possible. Students and teachers consider Master Classes one of the most effective means of yoga and personal development.

Into to AcroYoga with Two Feet Yoga - Cat Mead and Cindra Banks

25 June 2016   1pm-3pm   Cost $40

Have you ever wanted to fly? Now you can!

Join Cat and Cindra as we move through an introductory AcroYoga workshop where we'll learn the basics of this dynamic practice.

We'll connect, trust, laugh and surrender for 2 hours of acro play.

What can you expect? We'll warm up our bodies with a short yoga flow and then start moving into partner poses. We'll then work in groups of three (base, flyer, spotter) to learn to fly.

All levels are welcome and you don't need to bring your own partner!

The Yoga Of Possibilities with Mark Breadner

27 August 2016   11.30am - 3.30pm   Cost $97

What if your yoga practice could be the pathway to living your dream life?
What if right under your nose, your yoga practice could be a tool for transforming your relationships, career, business and sense of purpose?
What if your yoga practice gave you facility to look at yourself in the mirror and say, “This is who I am. This is what I want in life. I deserve it. And I’ll have it come to pass.”

Asana is just the start of what is an amazing journey to experience the true yoga of possibility.
Mark Breadner will share the heart of yoga, as it was fundamentally intended to be - a full life transformation model.

Attend this workshop and expect to leave with a sense of clarity, confidence and gratitude for life. More importantly—a recognition that we are all in it together, and we CAN make a difference.
