Rod Cooper of The Movement Collective is running a workshop in the studio on 17 September. When we get stuck with poses and can't seem to progress them, its helpful to come at things from a different direction. Rod will be approaching yoga poses from a different perspective.
Rod will be helping us with hand-balances and different ways to build flexibility. He would like to know which poses people feel most stuck on so they can be targeted in the workshop. Help us out by completing the one question survey below.
