Scientific research increasingly supports the importance of the body in mental heath and the importance of psychology in physical health. Yoga is the focus of considerable current research and has demonstrated its ability to improve a range of mental health issues and improve wellness.
Join our own Meg Spry, Psychologist and Yoga Teacher, and get your hands on a toolkit of evidence-based psychological and yogic strategies to address mental health challenges and increase wellbeing.
Meg has been working for more than fifteen years as a psychologist, has practiced yoga for more than twenty years and has been teaching yoga for four years. Meg's on a mission to provide simple strategies for the whole person.
In each week of the six week course you will spend one hour learning about psychological processes and practicing psychological strategies and one hour practicing various yoga techniques.
Whether you're a little bit overwhelmed, stressed, sad and worried or feeling really anxious, depressed or traumatised this course will train you in evidence-based techniques to help you get unstuck.
