Family yoga is a time for the tribe to come together, to connect, laugh &  play ! 

Bring the whole tribe, Mum & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa, Aunty & Uncle and all the kids (well kids over 3).

These classes are fun & interactive, and focus on connecting as a tribe. You can expect to moo like a cow, meow like a cat, hiss like a snake and shake your doggy tail high up in the air. 

These classes are themed: you might venture to the moon in your own rocket ship, swim with dolphins, sharks and fight off the pirate ships or explore the magic garden.
