We are each responsible for navigating the quality of our personal experiences. Learn how to accomplish and maintain personal peace in a 5-week experimental workshop referencing the book The Presence Process: A Journey into Present Moment Awareness by Michael Brown. Replace unproductive thought patterns with responsible mental processes, and access experimental awareness through breath and conscious responses.

Join trauma-informed yoga teacher Heather Foat for a thoughtfully constructed therapeutic style of yoga practice, as she weaves storytelling and philosophy into the class to provide contemplative direction for self-inquiry. This 5-week experimental workshop will incorporate journal writing, breath work, and conscious responses into the yoga practice.

Duration: 2-hour classes/ 5 weeks
Fridays, 6- 8 pm
